No. Egocentric human data and retargeted trajectories give you a usable pre-training corpus before any hardware exists. Fleet-specific data becomes relevant later, once you are tuning for a particular embodiment.

A scoped re-capture typically moves from failure-family definition to delivered incremental data in 7 to 14 days, depending on site availability. Because the sites are already under contract, there is no recruitment step.
